Terms & Conditions – Plans

1. Once a plan is chosen, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
2. Once plan or credits are utilised, the transaction cannot be reversed.
3. The plan expires when either the credits are fully utilised (via bike unlocks) or the time period lapses, whichever occurs first.
4. The plan does not restrict the type of bike that can be unlocked.
5. The time period begins the moment the plan is activated and expires exactly at that time on the corresponding expiry day. Example: a 3-day plan purchased on 01-01-2025 at 11:00 AM will expire on 04-01-2025 at 10:59 AM.
6. Refunds are applicable only if the information provided is invalid or unusable or if the contact refuses to engage. Winloo's decision on refund eligibility is final. A refund request must be accompanied by complete supporting information for it to be processed. Kindly refer site policy for further details.
7. The unlimited-bikes plan is capped at 50 bikes. Any request to enhance this limit must be sent via email to the platform along with reasons and is subject to Winloo's approval.
8. Only one subscription plan can remain active at any given time. A new plan may be purchased only after the existing plan expires.
9. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another user/account.
10. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST), as applicable.
11. Winloo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use of the plan constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Plans cannot be paused, extended or transferred to another account under any circumstances.
13. In case of a dispute, decision by Winloo, done on merits shall be applicable.
